Lesson 9 Mother's Day Cards

Today we made envelopes and mother's day cards out of coloured paper and white paper. We wrote our Mum's names and we wrote a message on the cards to give them on Sunday.

We did not have time to practise Goldilocks today.
We learned lots of new words.

Lesson 8 Pelmanism and acting out Goldilocks

Today we played pelmanism ( matching ) with pictures of furniture and food.

Marisol was the winner!

Then we divided into two groups and we practised drama, acting out Goldilocks.

We need to practise some more.

Next week we will try again.

Hello!


We got a new member today. She is Marisol's friend. She is 4 years old and her name is Brisa.
here she is playing with Tomas.
Today we revised everything and Susan made a video of each big student telling us about themselves.

Lesson 4

Hello!
Susan read us a story today, One Gorilla, by Atsuko Morozumi and we revised the numbers, 1-10. We learned the names of some new animals and we searched for the animals in the pictures:

gorilla, butterflies, parakeets, squirrels, pandas, rabbits,frogs, fish, birds, cats

We read and sang and danced to a new rhyme today: Here we go round the Mulberry Bush
We learned some actions:
This is the way we wash our hands, clean our teeth, comb our hair, go to school.

We wrote in our match box books.

Lesson 3

Hello!

We told each other about our chosen animals and we described them.

Anto: Wolf
Macarena: Butterfly
Tomas: Dinosaur
Marisol:


We sang a song about animal noises and we acted animal movements.

We revised all the body parts and we sang Head and Shoulders Knees and Toes.
We revised the vocabulary for the LIVING ROOM:
piano, cupboard, sofa, chair, table, cushion, floor, wall, ceiling, rug, bin, ball, flower, lamp

We learned:
To point
To touch
To bring

We revised and sang the rhyme
Here we go Looby Loo
And we danced in a circle

We took our reading books home.
